In 2013 Countrywide implemented a system of electronic scheduling and reporting. Providing instant access to real time information of our teams on the ground, the system is designed to plan, report and log the work for our customers and ultimately provide complete visibility to all of our activities on their sites.
For many of our customers, we visit some of their more remote sites more often than their own staff. This system allows us to record, by photo and text, issues they may not be aware of such as fly tipping or vandalism, which simultaneously reporting on the work undertaken whilst on site.
System capabilities include:
Before and after photos of work;
Recording risk assessments;
Recording chemical usage;
Real time reporting of site maintenance;
Instant access for customer through secure login over the internet;
Differing levels of reporting according to customer requirements;
Electronic signature capture when required.
Ultimately, the system provides reporting to a level where nothing can be missed, and gives our customer comfort their contractor is monitoring is own operations, and giving them instant access to that information.
